Eden Heights - Premium homes at Whitefield

It’s been 3 days after my last site visit to a newly launched residential project. This time, it was Habitat’s Eden Heights. As a blogger, especially with real estate, it becomes second nature to keep my ears open and listen to any and all the feedback I receive about a said property. This helps with the writing process, especially since I can address any concern. Over the last weekend, I went to the Eden Heights project and I was pleasantly surprised with its proximity to Hoodi Circle, to luxury malls, IT parks, restaurants and many places for business and fun.  Hoodi is bustling with activity and what more, there’s an upcoming metro station the vicinity.

Eden Heights is located just 200mts off Hoodi Circle. Walking through this boulevard, one is reminded of the bustling city dissolving into the background. I know, this sounds rather dreamy, but you’ll have to take my word for it. I am often asked what an ideal home would be like; and I believe that the answer is rather tricky. I’ll however tell you why Eden Heights works as a good property, if it matches your expectation then this should be the home for you.

Firstly, I think Eden Heights scores big on thoughtfulness. In a city like Bangalore, there are way too many houses and very few homes; what makes a home is not the walls. It’s the entire promise of a lifestyle, the people and the welcome you receive; Eden Heights fits right there. Habitat has spent quite a bit of time on ensuring that this not just a run of the mill ‘homes with amenities’. The Eden Heights project starts off with some serious consideration for good health and fitness. To the right of the boulevard had all the floodlit sports amenities like Basketball court, tennis courts and even floodlit badminton courts and golf putting. It is all there. I was curious about why they would construct a sports arena before the homes? And zap! Came the answer.  The good folks at Habitat Eden Heights want to do more than commit on a brochure.
Moving on, I have another criteria to judge a good property; does it feel like your personality? Your home is obviously an extension of your personality. So if you’re like me who enjoys an active life, a social person who would like to go out but also someone who does not enjoy the long commute, then you have reasons to be excited about this property. As everything that one needs is all well within 2.5 kms or lesser - Phoenix Market City, VR Mall, Satya Sai Super Specialty Hospital, Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Schools, Colleges, Pubs and even Theatres. They even have a 3 BHK model apartment. The seamless design and best use of space becomes a very obvious attraction. Eden Heights also has an interesting concept of a 2.5 & 3.5 BHK apartments. This 0.5 room can be anything, from being a small office to puja room to a storage or to even a music room but for me all I could imagine was a library! Like I said, thoughtful. Not just this, I was also taken to the construction site where the construction is in full swing. Habitat ensures that all safety standards are met, I even had to wear a helmet and boots before entering site.

This was about the property, I would really like to mention the hospitality that was extended by the team over at Habitat Eden Heights was commendable, they were more than willing to answer questions, even arrange a pick up for my next site visit and even told me I could reach out to them for any details I may need. All in all, an eventful weekend for sure.
